Fresh Blackberries when they are in season are amongst the best anti-oxidants you can get. This drink allows you to drink the required 8 glasses of water and stay hydrated with no effort. If you want simple water infused with blackberries then just use half pint and crush slightly before adding to water.
Ingredients
- 1 pint blackberries
- orange juice
- 2 lemons
- 10mlcinnamon syrup
- sparkling water as needed
Method
- Add orange juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup, add half the blackberries and mix in blender. Crush the remainder of blackberries and then add into jug.
- Use as needed throughout the day by adding the sparkling water.
