Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan’s 2023 releases, Pathaan and Jawan, have earned multiple nominations at Vulture’s second Annual Stunt Awards, placing them in competition with Hollywood titles like John Wick 4 and Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.
Both Pathaan and Jawan secured nominations in the highly competitive category of Best Overall Action Film. Additionally, Jawan received nods in the categories of Best Stunt in an Action Film and Best Vehicular Stunt for its impressive ‘highway chase’ sequence. Pathaan, on the other hand, earned recognition for Best Aerial Stunt, specifically for its thrilling ‘jetpack fight’ sequence.
Shah Rukh Khan, often hailed as the “Badshah of Bollywood,” is set to compete internationally, with his films going head-to-head with Hollywood giants. The competition includes titles such as John Wick: Chapter 4 and Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.
