Stars of Fast and Furious irked over the delay in the release of F&F 9

Fans of improbable acts of four-wheeled heroism, Fast and Furious, who were anxiously waiting for the ninth installment of the world’s third most popular film saga, that was slated to be released in 2019 were shocked to hear that the movie with a delay of one year will now be hitting cinemas on April 10th 2020.

The Universal productions, however, has not given any valid explanation for the delay to the fans and followers who are upset by this news. Also, no clue has been given regarding the release of the last sequel, ‘Fast and Furious 10. The last sequel was slated to be released on April 2, 2021.

After having seen fights on trains, roads, jails and even on collapsing car parks, the enthusiasts now are anticipating for further adventurism in the upcoming two series of the Fast and Furious.

The news has also brought frustration to the stars of the movie. Co-star Tyrese Gibson expressing his frustration lashed out at Dwayne Johnson and movie’s producing partner, Hiram Garcia.

However, it’s not only Gibson who is having problem with Johnson; Vin Diesel has been messing with wrestler for some time now.

Directly addressing Dwayne Johnson and Hiram Garcia, he warned that even if asked to take down the post on Instagram, he would not.

Having said that, there also comes a good news for fans. According to reports, Universal Production has announced that the gap in the release will be substituted by the release of the franchise’s first non-numbered, feature-length featuring characters like ‘Luke Hobbs’ and ‘Deckhard Show’.

The Fate of Furious, its 8th installment released this year in 2017, earned $1.2 billion.
