The teaser of the much-awaited Turkish series produced in collaboration with Pakistan, Sultan Salahuddin Ayubi drops amid much frenzy.
Turkish actors are in the lead roles in the Pak-Turk historical series begun shooting in November 2023. However, Pakistani fans are waiting for the Urdu-dubbed version which will soon be telecasted on a private TV channel in Pakistan. The private TV channel sharing the teaser did not inform about the premiere date of the series.
“A lionheart was born as the answer to countless prayers. The valiant story of Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi tossing the tables of power and glory,” read the caption of the the IG post shared by the channel having the teaser of the show.
Show’s first teaser was shared in October 2023 by Adnan Siddiqui. “It’s important to revisit history from time to time. And so is to follow the path you believe in despite the many naysayers, despite all adversity,” wrote Siddiqui. “Selahaddin Eyubbi, the legendary warrior, offers glorious lessons in courage, indomitable spirit, determination, justice and generosity. The king whose name is etched in golden words, comes alive on your screen on November 13. Meanwhile, a glimpse for you,” he shared.
Work on the series started back in 2022. Humayun Saeed who is also working on the project showed the pre-production process as the team went on to visit the site. Construction work is underway for the set.

The video captured different areas on the site such as the staff kitchen, carpentry shed, guest house, and staff house. The set will be opened at the end of July but the date will be announced at the end of this week.
