Tabish Hashmi calls out Rizwan for poor speaking skills

Pakistani Anchor Criticizes Cricket Captain’s Communication Skills, Social Media Reacts with Mixed Opinions"

Pakistani anchor Tabish Hashmi is receiving mixed responses on social media after he called out Pakistani skipper Muhammad Rizwan on his speaking skills.

In a show on a Pakistani private TV channel, the anchor, in apparent frustration over the performance of the cricket team in ICC Champions Trophy, called out the captain over his poor communication skills.

Hashmi advised Rizwan to abandon English during press conferences, citing his visible struggles with the language. Instead, he suggested Rizwan speak in the language he is comfortable with, ensuring his message is conveyed to the listeners clearly.

The comedian-turned-anchor said that as the captain of the Pakistan Cricket Team, Rizwan not only represents himself but his country and the people. He expressed his desire to see Rizwan exude confidence and presentability when representing Pakistan. He added that he wants the Pakistan Cricket Team to play with honesty and integrity.

Hashmi also called out Rizwan for passing on ill-thought statements like ‘sometimes its acting’ when he was asked about his cramps during the match.

With Rizwan addressing several press conferences these days, he has the opportunity to represent himself positively.

His remarks for Muhammad Rizwan are making waves on social media. Many are slamming the anchor for disrespecting the skipper of the Pakistan cricket team. Others tend to agree with his assertions.

Commenting on his video, one user said, “That’s what happens when noncricket anchors suddenly become cricket experts during ICC events; then they pull off stunts like this. Look at him mocking Rizwan’s English and A Shehzad laughing in his usual moronic way. Shameful behaviour overall.”

Another one defended Tabish Hashmi and said, “Tabish Hashmi cooked the shit outta that clown Rizwan I hope we get more anchors like him anyone who disagrees is supporting the Mafia, period !”

Some say language skill is not an issue ; players and captain should be held accountable for their performances.
