2024 Dodge Charger Daytona: All You Need to Know About the Five Variants and Features

Dodge enthusiasts have reason to celebrate as the company is set to release the highly-anticipated 2024 Charger Daytona. According to Mopar Insiders’ dealer contacts, the order guides for the coupe and sedan have been unveiled, shedding light on the various trims and features that will be available.

The 2024 Charger Daytona will be offered in two trims: the entry-level R/T and the more powerful Scat Pack. Each trim will have its own set of variants, totaling five options in total. The R/T trim will come in two versions, while the Scat Pack trim will offer three variants.

For those opting for the R/T trim, the First Editions will feature three exterior color options: Diamond Black, Triple Nickel, and White Knuckle. As previously announced, the R/T trim will come with the eStage 1 Upgrade, increasing horsepower to 496 hp and torque to 404 pound-feet in PowerShot mode. The base configuration will boast Demonic Red Seats with red and silver stitching and perforated inserts. Additionally, the R/T trim will come standard with the Plus Group, which includes heated and ventilated leather front seats, heated back seats, interior ambient lighting, a 16-inch gauge cluster, LED headlights with a full-width LED light bar, and illuminated door handles. The R/T model will ride on 20-inch aluminum wheels.

The second variant of the R/T trim ditches the red interior but gains the Sun & Sound Group, which offers a fixed tinted glass roof and an impressive 18-speaker, 914-watt Alpine audio system. The Blacktop Appearance Package is also included in this version, adding dark 20-inch aluminum wheels on 255/45 all-season tires and some edgy R/T graphics.

Moving on to the Scat Pack trim, all models will receive the standard eStage 2 Upgrade, providing a temporary boost of 80 hp, resulting in a peak output of 670 hp. Additionally, all Scat Pack trims will come equipped with the Track Pack, which includes six-piston Brembo front brakes, staggered Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar 3 tires (sized 305 in the front and 325 in the back), leather and suede performance seats, and a driver experience recorder.

The starting variant of the Scat Pack trim will feature the Sun & Sound Group, offering a glass roof and the Alpine audio system. The next variant adds the Plus Group to the mix, providing additional luxury features. At the top of the First Editions, the third version boasts the Carbon & Suede Package, which includes carbon fiber mirror caps and Dark Bee badges on the fenders, as well as dark 20-inch aluminum wheels. Notably, these wheels are 11 inches wide, two inches wider than the R/T’s 20-inch wheels. Inside the Carbon & Suede Package, drivers will find a carbon fiber center console, carbon instrument panel and door trim inlays, suede lining on the instrument panel bolsters, and suede up the A-pillar to the suede headliner.
