The popularity of the Chevy Corvette has been on the rise in recent years, with the company selling 34,500 units in the last two years alone. The decision to relocate the engine from the front to the middle of the vehicle in 2019 has improved both the car’s performance and handling.

Furthermore, the hybrid Chevy Corvette, known as the E-Ray, is also expected to contribute to overall sales. General Motors plans to increase production of the E-Ray to 10% of the Corvette’s production capacity, up from the current 2% to 3%.
