The studio, founded in 2022 by Dmytro Kostiukevych, Boris Nikolaev, Viktor Antonov, and Fuad Kuliev, has already completed pre-production and a showcase vertical slice of its first title. With a team of 65 developers spread across 8 countries, Eschatology is working towards the game’s launch, although no release window has been set yet.

Eschatology plans to use the funding to establish an internal publishing team. In addition to this series A funding, the studio previously closed a $4 million seed round in November 2022, with GEM Capital and The Games Fund co-leading the round. Both investors have shown their commitment to the project by participating in this new funding round led by Krafton.
