Downdetector, a website that monitors online service status, reported that the outage started around one o’clock in the afternoon according to Indian Standard Time (IST). OpenAI’s status page acknowledged the problem and stated that the company was actively investigating the incident to determine its cause.
OpenAI’s help page mentioned that they have identified the underlying cause of the issue and are currently working on a fix.
