TTP denies congratulating the nominated CM Punjab candidate Ali Amin Gandapur. A fake letter associated with TTP felicitating Ali Amin Gandapur for his appointment as the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa circulated on social media.
The image of the fake letter was posted to a random account on X, which seemed to be the followers of PMLN. The same letter was posted by the regional official of PPP. “TTP’s letter to congratulate Ali Amin Gandapur on being nominated as CM KPK by the political wing of Taliban, with the hope they will get relief and help from KPK Govt to fulfill their desires,” read the tweet from the official.
TTP official Mohammad Khorasani denied such a letter when contacted by Pakistani media for confirmation.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan nominated Ali Amin Gandapur as the next Chief Minister (CM) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

He announced the name while talking to media personnel in jail on Tuesday. The former Prime Minister added that there will not be any negotiation with MQMP, PPP, and PMLN for the coalition government.
Khan said that he would prefer to sit in the opposition if they are unable to form the government. While talking to the media he said, “There used to be small rigging, such big rigging did not happen in the history of the country.”
He further added that, “First of all we are challenging the election results, we will also go to the Supreme Court against the election results, now everyone know why we were against the election of ROs.”

Regarding the victory of Hamza Shahbaz Sharif, he said that, “Alia Hamza sat in jail and took more than 100,000 votes, when the results started to stop, I was sure that PTI had won.”
Meanwhile, Imran Khan has also nominated Mian Aslam Iqbal for CM Punjab candidate and Salar Khan Kakar as the nominee for Chief Minister Balochistan.
