“His family is also aware of it and I have evidence to prove that Usman was constantly contacting me after December 2019. He proposed to me and I denied. Amna or anyone else in her family has never contacted me before 23rd May (the day of the incident). Usman is still calling and texting me and I will give evidence in court,” Uzma shared.

Uzma Khan denied property of Usman Malik in press conference

Uzma Khan claimed the assertions of Amna Malik bogus. She said she had never seen Amna before the day she barged into her property and assaulted her. She also denied the claims of Amna Usman that the house was another house of her husband Usman Malik.

Uzma Khan addressed the press conference along with her legal counsel Mian Ashraf Ali and barrister Hassaan Niazi.

Mian Ashraf Ali has informed to register a complaint against Amna Usama under the Prevention of Cyber Crime Act. The lawyers of Uzma Khan asserted that the property belonged to Uzma Khan’s friend Babar Nasim. He is not at all related to Usman and his family.

“Forcefully trespassing inside a property is a non-bailable offense with a punishment of 7 years in prison. Threatening with violence and intent to harm with arms is another non-bailable offense with 10 years imprisonment. Amna has accepted in her video that she barged into the house as she claimed it is her husband’s house and you can see the violence and threats in the video as well. Both these crimes are punishable but so far no arrests have been made,” Mian Ashfaq said.

Uzma Khan demanded security in the press conference

Mian Ashfaq added that their clients have no personal dispute with business tycoon Malik Riaz. He went on to say that he is also a victim of the situation since his daughters-Amna Usama and Pashmina Malik.

Meanwhile, Uzma Khan demanded security for herself and sister Huma Khan. She says she is continuously receiving threats and believe that their lives are in danger. Hence she demanded Police to provide her immediate security, and her complete medical examination.

Adding that, “The Guards and the girls both beat me and my sister and we were seeking mercy.” She said the maximum thing they could do is to kill them. They can’t kill her parents because she is an orphan.

Uzma Khan also thanked the media for supporting her. “I’m grateful to the media who came for my support. All the allegations Usman’s wife is putting against me in the video are wrong. I saw Usman’s wife for the first time that night,” said Uzma Khan.

She refused to accept any offer from the family of Malik Riaz. She said, “If I would have to make a deal then why would I come here in front of the media and answer all these questions.” She only wants justice from the government of Pakistan.

“The Guards and the girls both beat me and my sister and we were seeking mercy,” said the actress.

She went on to add: “As far as on barging into someone’s home, this was not their house. This was my husband’s other house which I followed him to, so this was my husband’s home and I have every right to be there.” Also, she said she had repeatedly warned this girl to stay away from her husband while trying to save her 13-year-long marriage.
