Victim’s family of Karsaz accident reaches settlement with Natasha Danish

Natasha Iqbal was arrested in the case of a road rage accident. A father and daughter were killed at the spot while a few others were injured.

The victim’s family in the Karsaz accident has settled with the accused Natasha Danish family. The accused bail was accepted after the victim’s family pardoned her.

The case reached its conclusion following an out-of-the-court settlement. While pronouncing the order on Friday, the court allowed the bail plea because of an out-of-court settlement reached by the applicants with the legal heirs of the traffic accident deceased. The court granted each applicant bail to Natasha for Rs100,000 surety.

The settlement has left netizens furious over the failure of the justice system to prosecute the accused in the case despite the availability of glaring evidence, including eyewitnesses and CCTV footage.

The victims were identified as Imran Arif and Amina. Rescue officials reported that the driver lost control of an SUV, which then struck motorcycles and other vehicles.

The vehicle belongs to a relative of a prominent industrialist. The female driver allegedly attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by an angry crowd and handed over to the police.

Authorities confirmed that two female suspects have been taken into custody. Eyewitnesses stated that the speeding vehicle ran over motorcycles as it neared the Kangri House area.

Police revealed that the vehicle is registered under a private company’s name, and investigations are ongoing with the detained women to uncover further details.

Bahadurabad Police Station SHO Muhammad Naeem identified the woman responsible for the accident as Natasha Danish, a close relative of industrialist Danish Iqbal, who is currently facing legal action.

Natasha reportedly told police that she had just left her home in KDA Scheme One when she lost control of the vehicle. The police added that the suspect, who is married, underwent a medical examination and is said to be in a state of mental distress. She holds a British driving license.

CCTV footage of the incident has emerged showing the Land Cruiser SUV hit a motorcycle with two passengers. The footage does not show the car go on to hit a car as well.
