Wasim Akram, Shahid Afridi reacts to no confidence move against PM Khan

A few days back, Wasim Akram posted a witty comment on Monday following the resignation of CM Punjab Usman Buzdar after a no confidence was filed against him too.

Former cricketer, Wasim Akram, has released a special message for Prime Minister Imran Khan regarding no confidence move. Akram has expressed his support for PM Imran Khan in his latest message on Twitter.

Wasim Akram posted the picture of Imran Khan and shared a message expressing solidarity with PM Imran Khan. “He was born to lead, fight & win, not for himself but for what he is representing. It’s not the position of power or name he’s fighting for, It’s his destiny! And the game is not over yet!,” said Wasim Akram.

A few days back, Wasim Akram posted a witty comment on Monday following the resignation of CM Punjab Usman Buzdar after a no confidence was filed against him too.

Wasim Akram started trending on social media on Monday after Usman Buzdar resigned. PM Imran Khan while defending him in the past had called him “Wasim Akram plus”. His resignation had shocked a score of social media users. PM Imran Khan had strongly defended Usman Buzdar whenever questions were raised on his performance.

Earlier, Shahid Afridi expressed his frustration over the current political turmoil in Pakistan. The cricketer seemed to be agitated with the steps of the opposition to topple the sitting government of PTI. Afridi said that every elected government has the right to complete its five-year tenure. The cricketer added that it will take years to rectify and clean the entire political system. Social media users hinted that the cricketer has his tacit support for PM Imran Khan.

“It has been 5 years since the establishment of Pakistan. Please allow one elected government to fulfill its constitutional term because every elected government has the right to fulfill its constitutional term. The evils of 5 years will be over,” said Shahid Afridi in a tweet.

Another former cricketer, Mushtaq Ahmed, has also urged people to support the right against evil. He said it is only God who is responsible for the matter of people and providing them sustenance. His comments seem to be in response to the statements of the PMLN leader urging that Pakistan desperately needs the USA to run the economy of Pakistan. Ahmed urged people to distinguish between right and wrong and be just in their decisions.
