Interestingly, PML-N Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz, who was previously accused by PTI Chairman Imran Khan of retaining expensive watches from Toshakhana, took one box of pineapple. The object was not valued due to being perishable and nothing was paid for retention.
For crooks Sharifs it seems nothing was too small to be taken for free from Toshkhana. Even a pineapple box was taken for free by the hysterical Maryam NS from Toshakhana. Imagine not wanting to pay to buy a box of pineapples even! pic.twitter.com/JO29JcH7tk

Moreover, Maryam Nawaz has decided to take legal action against those who spread fake news about her taking gifts from Toshakhana.
Has he deleted it? Won’t spare them anyway Insha’Allah. Am not one of those who will take it lying down. How dare they lie so blatantly! https://t.co/W9w1OYQyqS

PML-N has become the target of intense criticism by PTI as many PML-N leaders, including their family members have taken gifts from Toshakhana, for instance, Hussain Nawaz, son of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Hussain Nawaz retained a Rolex Watch despite never holding public office. Similarly, watches were also retained by the sons of former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

Details of gifts received by former Prime Minister Imran Khan were also revealed. Imran Khan received five precious wristwatches, including a Graff watch, worth Rs3.8 million. He retained these gifts in Oct 2018 after paying a sum of Rs0.754m.
Imran Khan received a car as a gift but didn't take it unlike Nawaz Sharif and Zardari. Also, my leader paid 55% of the price of the watch he received as a gift. #ToshaKhana pic.twitter.com/4XK5yNJBfz

Time the Toshakhana issue against Imran Khan is laid to rest. The hypocrisy of those raising it now fully exposed.
By the way, how did Nawaz Sharif get a car as PM in April 2008? He was not the Prime Minister in 2008. pic.twitter.com/puDjWbR9YX— Taimur Saleem Khan Jhagra (@Jhagra) March 13, 2023
Furthermore, both former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari are getting criticized on social media for retaining luxury cars. For instance, Asif Ali Zardari retained one BMW 760 Li white (security version) on Jan 26, 2009. The value of the car was fixed at Rs27.3 million while the former president retained it after paying a little more than Rs4m. Meanwhile, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif acquired Mercedes Benz in 2008. The market price of the luxury car was Rs4,25,5000 which was purchased at the price of only Rs636,000 from Toshakhana.
