Pakistan skipper Babar Azam says that he plans to spend time with family and friends after Pakistan-Australia series comes to an end. Azam says that he will return to cricket after Ramazan.
Babar says he will focus on family and will pray for the rest of the month of Ramazan. Talking about the recently concluded cricket series with Australia he said: “Every time I spoke to the Aussie players, they said that they are enjoying cricket in Pakistan.”
Babar Azam seems to admit that the middle order of Pakistan’s batting line-up is struggling. He said there are good players who can support Pakistan’s middle order once given chances consistently.
Regarding building up the winning combination, he said that there is still time in World Cup. He assured Pakistan will come up with a good combination. The cricket admitted that there are some flaws in the team that needs to be overcome.
“We need to improve our fielding and take advantage of the opportunities provided to us,” he added.

Babar Azam making it big
Azam made new records as he scored 114 runs against Australia in the second ODI on Thursday at Gaddafi Stadium.
Pakistan won the toss and was elected to field first. Australia batting first set a mighty target of 349 runs. Pakistan successfully chased it down successful with six wickets in hand, making it the highest-ever chase by the Pakistan cricket team.
It took Babar Azam 83 innings to score his 15th ODI century as compared to Hashim Amla who scored his 15th ODI century in 86 innings and Virat Kohli in 106th innings. He also became the first Pakistani captain to score a century against Australia in ODI. This record was earlier held by Imran Khan who scored 82 runs against Australia in 1990.
