Japanse Prime Minister, Shinzō Abe, is on an official visit to the United State. His meeting was scheduled in the white house with President Trump.
To the Japanese respect and etiquette matter in all instances of social conduct. So an interesting moment came when shaking hands Prime Minister Abe had to say to President Trump in an awkward way, ”Please look at me.”
For President Trump, who is a self-declared germophobe, generally it seems shaking hands is just not his forte.
Mr. Abe left the meeting by praising President Trump and calling him “an excellent businessman”.
