Zara Noor writes a heartfelt note for Asif Ghafoor and Ehd-e-Wafa team

Zara Noor played Rani- a lively girl from a village and wife of Osman Khalid Butt (Malik Shahzain). The actress with her witty dialogues and flawless performance glorified the drama serial for audiences.

Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas thanked the entire team and ISPR for blockbuster drama serial, Ehd-e-Wafa. The actress took to Instagram to express her delight in being part of the drama serial concluded last weekend.

Ehd-e-Wafa also became one of the most-watched drama serials of Pakistan’s television industry. Zara Noor played Rani- a lively girl from a village and wife of Osman Khalid Butt (Malik Shahzain). The actress with her witty dialogues and flawless performance glorified the drama serial for audiences.

Fiercely loyal to her husband, exuberant Rani (Zara Noor Abbas) amused the viewers to its fullest. Ehd-e-Wafa was among the top trends on social media on Sunday when its last episode was aired.

Hence, in her Instagram post, she thanked ISPR, former DG ISPR Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor and her followers for providing her support throughout the serial. It is important to note that, Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor had impassionately promoted the drama serial. The leading actors of Ehd-e-Wafa were invited at the ISPR Headquarters before the release of the serial.

In her, Instagram note the star wrote: “Special thanks to Col Asif and Major General Asif Ghafoor for all his love and hard work for this project which was his dream to fulfill…”

She continued: “Most importantly, I want to thank my Fans. Each and every one of you. For the fan posts. The videos. The memes. Love. Everything. For acknowledging my part in the show.”

Concluding the message, the actress wrote: “It has been a pleasure. I hope and pray that I can entertain my audiences like this till the end of my life. From Raani, with love.”

Ehd-e-Wafa was written by Mustafa Afridi, directed by Saife Hasan and jointly produced by ISPR and MD Productions.

Earlier, a video shared by Major General Asif Ghafoor, DG ISPR, showed Indian Sikh devotees praising Pakistani drama serial Ehd-e-Wafa when asked about their favorite Pakistani serial. The prompt response of Sikh devotees proved Ehd-e-Wafa’s success not only in Pakistan but across the border as well. Sikh pilgrims were on the visit to Gurdwara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur.
