“Thank you, @AAliZardari. Today, my grandfather, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, received the Nishan-e-Pakistan—our highest civilian award. This was only possible more than 50 years after his judicial murder when the Supreme Court finally acknowledged he did not receive a fair trial—thanks to your presidential reference. Restoring SZAB’s 1973 Constitution through the 18th Amendment is your greatest tribute to his legacy,” said Bilawal in his tweet.
He also recalled the death anniversary of the Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and called on in his followers to gather in Larkana to remember the former prime minister on his death anniversary in his hometown.
“On April 4th, we will gather in Larkana to honor Shaheed Bhutto. I invite all party workers to join us as we harness our political heritage to confront today’s challenges including terrorism, water rights & unemployment,” added Bilawal Bhutto further.
